These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 121 Cars Ltd's chauffeur and private hire services. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. 121 Cars Ltd is a private hire vehicle operator licensed by Transport for London.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from 121 Cars Ltd by email, phone or WhatsApp. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, destination, flight information and passenger count at the time of booking. Any errors in information provided that result in additional costs may be charged to the passenger.
All prices are fixed and agreed at the time of booking. Our prices start from £35 for a standard transfer. Fares are inclusive of fuel, tolls (where applicable) and VAT at the current rate. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting time beyond the complimentary period, or out-of-hours bookings where stated. No additional charges will be made without prior agreement.
For airport arrivals, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time, calculated from the actual landing time of the aircraft. For all other pickups, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the agreed pickup time. After the complimentary period, additional waiting time may be charged at our standard rate. Waiting time caused by flight delays is always free of charge, as we monitor flights in real time.
Passengers are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner towards our drivers and vehicles. Food and drink (other than bottled water provided by us) should not be consumed in the vehicle without prior agreement. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the passenger at cost.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that 121 Cars Ltd must cancel a booking, we will provide a full refund and make every effort to arrange an alternative at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle of equivalent or superior standard in the event of mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as practicable in such cases. If a suitable alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
121 Cars Ltd's liability is limited to the cost of the journey booked. We accept no liability for delays caused by traffic, adverse weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with TfL licensing requirements. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to passenger belongings left in our vehicles, although lost property will be reported and held for collection.
121 Cars Ltd and all drivers are fully licensed by Transport for London (TfL) as private hire operators and drivers. All vehicles carry public hire insurance and are maintained to the required TfL standards. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing private hire vehicles in England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
