Booking & Pricing

How do I book a transfer with 121 Cars?

You can book via our online enquiry form on the Contact page, by calling us on +44 7435 377121, or by sending us a message on WhatsApp. We aim to confirm every booking within the hour.

Are your prices fixed or metered?

All our prices are fixed and agreed with you before the journey begins. There are no meters, no surge pricing and no hidden extras. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

What is the minimum fare?

Our prices start from £35 for a standard transfer. The exact fare depends on the vehicle, distance and service required. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.

Do you charge extra for luggage?

No — luggage assistance is included as standard. Our chauffeurs will help load and unload your bags. If you have unusually large or heavy items, please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure the right vehicle is allocated.

Airport Transfers

Which airports do you serve?

We cover all five London airports: Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), Stansted (STN), Luton (LTN) and London City (LCY). Our base at 450 Bath Road is just one mile from Heathrow.

Do you track my flight?

Yes. We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur will adjust their timing accordingly — so you never have to worry about your driver not being there.

How long do you wait at the airport?

For airport arrivals, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time of your flight (not the scheduled time). For all other pickups, we provide 15 minutes of free waiting. Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard rate.

Do you offer a meet-and-greet service?

Yes — all our airport arrival transfers include a name-board meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall as standard. Your chauffeur will be waiting at the exit with your name clearly displayed to assist with luggage and escort you to the vehicle.

Vehicles & Amenities

What vehicles do you have?

Our fleet includes the Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes S-Class, Mercedes V-Class (up to 6 passengers), Range Rover, BMW 7 Series and an 8-Seater Executive Minivan. View the full fleet on our Fleet page.

Is Wi-Fi available on board?

Yes — all our vehicles are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, bottled water and a climate-controlled cabin. Our S-Class and Range Rover also include a premium sound system and enhanced leather seating.

Are your drivers licensed?

Absolutely. All our chauffeurs are fully licensed by Transport for London (TfL), DBS-checked and trained to our in-house customer service standards. All vehicles carry full public hire insurance.

Do you have child seats?

Child seats can be arranged on request — please specify the age and weight of the child when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat. Additional charges may apply.

Cancellations & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled journey will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

What if my flight is delayed?

Flight delays are accommodated free of charge. Because we track your flight in real time, your chauffeur will automatically adjust to your new arrival time. You won't incur any additional charges for delays caused by your flight.

Can I amend my booking?

Yes — contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes. Amendments are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
